3 German Measles
Symptoms: Fever, malaise, enlarged lymph nodes, eye redness, headache, and a red rash. Symptoms can occur up to three weeks after exposure.
What it is: A contagious viral infection that causes a red rash.
4 Streptococcus (Strep Throat)
Symptoms: Trouble swallowing, fever, chills, malaise, nausea, vomiting, sore throat, enlarged lymph nodes, swollen tonsils, and bad breath. In intense cases, the heart or kidneys may be affected.
What it is: Direct contact with mucus from the nose or throat of an infected person will spread this infection to a new person.
